Account Targets

• No profit target required.
• Traders may trade freely within risk parameters.

Risk Parameters

Maximum Drawdown

• Maximum drawdown is 3% trailing equity.
• The maximum drawdown is calculated from the highest equity point reached.
• Initial max loss level on a $1,000 account begins at $970.
• If equity increases (e.g. to $1,050), the trailing drawdown adjusts (e.g. to $1,020).

A breach occurs if equity falls below the active trailing threshold.

Maximum Permitted Loss

• Maximum permitted loss is 2%.
• A single trade idea cannot exceed 2% of the account.
• Stacked positions forming a single idea are combined.
• Exceeding 2% loss on any trade idea constitutes a breach.

Traders are expected to apply standard risk management practices.

Profit Cap

• The 1K Instant account includes a 10% maximum profit cap.
• Profits beyond the 10% limit are not counted.
• All consistency and reward calculations are based on the 10% cap.

Consistency Score

To qualify for credit approval:

• No single day’s profit may exceed 40% of total gross profit.
• Failure to meet the consistency requirement results in rejection of credit approval.

Trading Rules

News Trading Restrictions

Trading is restricted around high-impact (red folder) economic events:

• Trades cannot be opened or closed 5 minutes before or after the release.
• Restrictions apply only to affected currency pairs.

Examples:

• A USD red event affects USD pairs (e.g. EURUSD).
• Unrelated pairs (e.g. GBPAUD) remain tradable.

Speeches:

Restricted from speech start to end time, including the 5-minute buffer before and after.

All-day events:

Affected pairs remain restricted for the full trading day.

Violations may result in account termination or refusal of transfers.

Cheating & Manipulation

‍

Real Funded monitors all account activity. Any unfair, unrealistic, or exploitative trading behavior is prohibited.

Examples of banned activity include, but are not limited to:

• Exploiting server delays or freezing
• Trading on delayed data feeds or delayed charts
• Tick scalping
• High-frequency trading
• Arbitrage bots
• Reverse or latency arbitrage
• Hedge arbitrage
• Use of emulators or artificial data manipulation

Matching IP addresses, shared devices, or multi-user access is not permitted.

Any detection of cheating results in immediate account termination.

Transfer Rules
‍

• Traders may submit one transfer request before the account expiration date.
• After the transfer is approved, the account becomes inactive.
• Additional transfers are not permitted.

Eligibility Rules

• Only one 1K Instant Promo is permitted per trader.
• Creating multiple accounts using different emails, identities, or devices is strictly prohibited.
• Violations result in immediate banning and termination of all Real Funded services.
